The service department represents a vital component of Global Installations' business, providing any warranty support that may be required, as well as providing post warranty service to your installations.
A large number of clients take out service contracts and receive priority attention to defined levels of service and response. Requests for service are received centrally to minimise response times and co-ordinate the allocation of personnel along with the correct distribution of spare parts.
The service department also play a vital role as the channel for technical information within the company and the provision or co-ordination of all technical and product training.
Feedback from all service visits is collated and fed back both internally and externally to suppliers, to improve and develop products. The entire process is controlled under Global Intallations ISO 9000 quality system.
